Job description

The Diocese of Coventry is seeking to appoint a full time Programme Manager to play a key role in helping the Diocese deliver its ambitions for making and growing new disciples.

They will work collaboratively with senior Diocesan staff, clergy and laity to  

· Provide programme management for our national church funded urban church plants.

· Develop programme management for the growth of 150 new worshipping communities, with particular focus on governance for the Mission Hub strategy

Provide day to day management for other projects and programmes as identified in the strategic framework
